what are the different asset types ?

Real Estate: This includes the family home, vacation homes, rental properties, and any other real estate investments.
Financial Assets: This category includes Stocks, Business interests bonds, mutual funds, retirement accounts, insurance policies, crypto currencies and any other financial instruments.
Cash: This category includes bank account deposits -checking and savings- and cash/fiduciary money.
Personal Property: This encompasses items like furniture, jewelry, artwork, vehicles, electronics, and other tangible personal belongings.

HOW IT WORKS

Add the participants involved and the assets & debts of the estate to divide.
You can then fill in the wishes of each participant for each asset except liquid assets, as cash is used as an adjustment.

Our system will find the optimal division of the estate, taking into account the wishes of each participant and delivering the best solution possible. We maximize the individual satisfaction of each participant as well as the general satisfaction of the group to ensure fairness.

We try to avoid fractionning items but in some cases if the parties agree to it it can improve the results.
